James Magruder - Acting COO/CFO

Jim has over 38 years of senior level management and executive experience in fiscal financial responsibility, international business/product development, sales/marketing, engineering and operations management. Jim has been successful in new venture start-ups, raising capital, building organizational camaraderie, creating and developing joint ventures and strategic alliances, opening new markets and driving key business initiatives. Along with his experience as an entrepreneur and venture enterprises, Jim was senior management with MCI where he was Executive Vice President of National Accounts, and was Project Manager for AT&T on the manned Apollo Space Missions. He was also a top-level security and intelligence officer in the U.S. Army where his assignment was in Russian surveillance and encryption analysis. He posses phenomenal business, sales and marketing instincts, insightful; hands-on organization builder with particular focus on fiscal and operational integrity and is extremely well respected throughout the Fort Lauderdale business community and is regarded as a high level achiever. Jim holds a Business Administration Degree from University of Maryland and a Master's Degree from Rockhust University.
