Sukrit Agrawal - Board of Directors

Sukrit Agrawal is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Litera Capital. Before founding Litera Capital, Sukrit was Co-Founder and CEO of American Medical Depot from 1993 to 2020. He also previously held various positions in banking and government.

A strong proponent of education, Sukrit is passionate about improving communities and populations through increasing access to education.

He is active in the Agrawal Family Foundation, which funds educational and technology-based initiatives to improve the health and well-being of women, children and those with special needs around the world.

Sukrit has served on the board of trustees for Florida International University and Nova Southeastern University. He is also an active member of the Miami Chapter of the Young Presidents Organization.

Sukrit received a B.S. in electrical engineering from Duke University and an MBA from Florida International University.
