Phil Fan - Chairman of the Board

Mr. Fan is the Chairman of the Board and President of Nexera Medical. He is primarily responsible for business development in Asian and the Middle East region countries. He has assisted Nexera raise several rounds of funding in the past five years. Mr. Fan has also arranged the manufacturing facilities in Taiwan and USA in the near future, and established distribution channels for Nexera products in multiple countries in Asia Pacific. Prior to his position with Nexera, he is a partner with Phoenix Global Capital Management, Ltd., a company with a business relationship with Nexera. Mr. Fan was one of the founders, CFO, and CEO of Tri-Tech Holding, Inc. in 2003, provided several rounds of the funding, arranging two IPOs, and raise over $45 million. In the same year, Mr. Fan led Tri-Tech to set up a strategic joint venture company - Tri-Tech Infrastructures (India), Pvt., Ltd. in Delhi, India, and serves as Chairman and Managing Director of this JV Company, raised over $6 million fund for the India operations. Through the JV Company, Tri-Tech acquired over $45 million water infrastructure business in India. In 2011, through Mr. Fan's leadership, Tri-Tech acquired assets of a Wisconsin-based water technology company. The newly acquired entity immediately generated $9 million in sales in the same year and additional $7 million in sales in the following year, and has had its footprint in Canada, Qatar, Mexico, Saudi Arabia, etc.

Mr. Fan was born in China and earned his bachelor's and master's degrees in environmental engineering from Hunan University, and earned his master's degree in civil engineering from Louisiana State University in USA. In 2013, Mr. Fan finished executive education program and earned Executive Scholar Certificate from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois, USA.
